INR Desk provides a means of storing patient INR results, checking those results, and notifying patients of those results and the required action. View and print historical INR results and view individual and practice 'Time In Therapeutic Range' (Rosendaal method). Includes decision support with advice re what changes should be made to the warfarin dose and INR timing. INR Desk is designed for Microsoft Windows (7/8/10) and uses a Microsoft Access database. This gives you control over your data and the ability to access that data even if you stop using INR Desk.
